Went down about how I thought. The nice surprise was Lane taking out a ranked kid at 149. BK looked good against a solid opponent. They got 6 matches we got 4. We needed to pull one of the close ones: 197 or 285 to have a chance. Missing Doyle at 184 hurt us, he could have reversed a match also. The crowd size (1103) was excellent for wrestling.
Made me think that next season, with improvement and by inserting a couple other guys, we will be better:

57 Garcia/H. Willits
65 H. Willits/Olmos
74 Carlos
84 McKinney
97 Dixon
HW Grant
Hunter may bump to 165, based on one of his tournaments at 165 this season. If he's solid there, then a decent guy in Garcia at 157. Carlos should be solid at 174. 184 a hole with Doyle graduating.
