21-8 in Pac-12 play seems generous. I think there have been years that 21-8 won the league title. I would hope we can do better than 15-12 in non conference play. I think this projection gets us in the tournament. I'd take it.

10 Utah 16-33 (6-24) 11 Washington State 11-42 (3-26) Of more note, none of the 15 Preseason All-Conference players play for Oregon State. Last season, Perfect Game picked Oregon State #1 with Abel, Fehmel, and Rutschman as Preseason All-Conference. The year before, Perfect Game picked Oregon State #1 with Gretler, Kwan, and Madrigal (no Grenier or Larnach) as Preseason All-Conference. The year before, Perfect Game picked Oregon State #1 with Donahue, Harrison, and Madrigal as Preseason All-Conference.

I'm not going to check, but when I saw those numbers they don't jibe with predicted finish. Hence, I assumed predicted finished 2020 with 2019 records?!

Your assumption is correct.
The predicted finish is for the upcoming 2020 season.
The W-L records reflect the actual 2019 season results.

I like hole at #9. Good place for them to be.
