Last quotation is most interesting... saying she gets to "play her last year" with Destiny and Aleah. So she wouldn't go for another year (medical redshirt)? But is it also evidence that Destiny will stay another year?

She said she has two years left (which means she IS going to take the redshirt year) and that she gets one more year with Aleah and Destiny, because THEY only have one year to go.
The "news" in her quote is her assumption that Destiny is returning. Hope that's true.

I am hoping that Taya knows that Destiny is coming back even though we do not know that.

Pretty sure she means that next season will be her last year WITH Aleah and Destiny......with one more after that WITHOUT Aleah & Destiny.
She did say earlier in article:
“It is a little reassuring knowing that I'll be fully healed and I’ll have the offseason to work on my game, and then I'll get another two years of school and basketball.”

Reading just the last one alone is misleading.
