A lot of us followed Van Lith closely before she signed with Louisville....Here's a mini update on her...... It looks like she pretty much carries her team....Cashmere now plays for the championship in the POA tourney in Portland....
"The Cashmere Bulldog's girls basketball team defeated Beaverton (Oregon) by the score of 56-46 on Saturday night in Portland, OR in the semifinals of the Pacific Automation Holiday Classic. The Bulldogs were led by senior Hailey Van Lith who scored 44 points in the victory. Cashmere is now 7-0 on the season." --------- 44 out of team's 56 points. Don't see that too often.... GO BEAVS !!

She'll being playing a non-league game just north of Seattle in late January, about a 5 minute walk from my house. I probably better go check that out.

Good idea nwhoopfan......May as well scope out her game because in 2 years there is a good chance she will be on a roster in the state of Oregon...At least that's my guess. GO BEAVS !!

Not have room !! Not have room !! You jest. I fully expect Van Lith to have immediate success in Lousiville. I do not foresee a transfer in her future.

While I wish her well, I have no interest going forward in Van Lith's high school career or college either for that matter. The soonest it might be possible to see her compete against OSU is March, 2021. Should that come to pass, I'll take an interest in her again. Since she won't even be in our conference, however, she's just another top recruit playing a couple of thousand miles away.

I could care less about her unless she dawns a beaver uniform in the future. She is in the rear view window for me...

Talented prospect. I'm not sure she is more talented than the big four we are involved with in the class of 2021. We seem to be doing much more national recruiting(Arkansas,Texas,Kansas,Georgia) so I understand the disappointment losing an elite prospect from the Northwest. I think coach Rueck and staff will find some elite prospects who fit the culture of Osu hoops, being a destination program in the top 3 in the country. He is a special coach, and a National Title isn't out of the question in the near future...

HVL is old history and pretty irrelevant now. I like OSU's chances to reign in at least 1, if not 2, of the big 4 they are after in 2021.
