No 149s, no Daxton Gordon (yet). So I wonder who will wrestle 149 vs Simon Fraser tonight? Anyone going tonight could feasibly go on Sunday at Pacific U. also.
No web release on OSU Beavers.com, yet they are in action tonight. Do the other sports get treated like this?

No web release on OSU Beavers.com, yet they are in action tonight. Do the other sports get treated like this? For what it's worth, he does show up in student directory. Will assume it's Meek or Stigall tonight. Yeah been saying it for a while, coverage of the wrestling team is always lacking. One of the last teams to post rosters and schedules, no updates, rarely any previews or anything in depth for that matter. There's an occasional practice photo on instagram and that's about it. Dying on the vine...

Brackets are now posted. I see Abner Romero is #1 seed in the 174 bracket. I wonder if he is still a possibility to enroll? Possibly at the next quarter?

Quick takeaways - Thought Gurr looked great before he got banged up. Was tough on top. Looked like Romero gassed out in the finals - and Levi Perry is a tough kid. Josh Reyes is a grad assistant (I’m assuming) - was there helping this week and last. Little Ocho faced Willits and took his beating but lived to fight another day . James Rowley of Crescent Valley made it to finals and at least made Hunter work a bit for 3 rounds. Pretty impressive!

High school sophomore taking on an Oregon State guy and competing. Do you happen to know if Hayden Walters, also a CV guy who took second at Preseason Nationals, compete at Mike Clock?

I don’t believe Walters was there. Prob 4-5 high school kids competed and 1 50 yr old. (That might be even more impressive than Rowley!) CV is going to be ridiculously stacked this year.
