Unless there is lightning, really?
Anyway, the next home match isn’t until November 7.

Unless there is lightning, really? Anyway, the next home match isn’t until November 7. It rained very hard in Corvallis this evening. Flooded streets all over town. I can believe that it would have been hard to play in.

The field was absolutely swamped, standing water in several places, the grounds crew was doing its best but could not keep up. It absolutely poured on campus from 5:30-6:45 p.m. and continued to rain thereafter. No way that game could have been played.

Some MLB parks can handle ridiculous amounts of rain. Heavier rains than we typically get in the Valley.

Not sure about that, but I've been to a ton of soccer games since 1988 and I've never, ever seen the field like that. It just got hammered.
