See no game on the 4th, nor mention in the news release of a game vs USA basketball??? It was an error. And, the USA may have stood for University of South Alabama, not USA Basketball.

See no game on the 4th, nor mention in the news release of a game vs USA basketball??? Looks like it was leaked too early and taken down. Most likely waiting for a larger official announcement from USA basketball. I got a screen grab from when it was up earlier.

I thought for sure it was just leaked. They’re playing Oregon, UConn, and a few others. I figured OSU was one too.

I know the game was in the works since the announcement of the national team doing the US tour and training in prep for the Olympics. I figured it would be an easy transition for them to play both OSU and U of O. I've seen U of O list their game on Saturday the 9th.

Yeah, so it kinda got leaked. They’re asking everyone to delete it. Kind of try to keep it in the house... yanno?
Not sure the reasoning behind keeping it private - when UConn and UO released dates, but things happen.

I wouldn't be surprised if USA basketball is waiting until after the WNBA finals to make the full announcement of the schedule. That would make sense that they might want to control it with this being the first year of the expanded training program. Regardless, really excited for to see that type of talent in Corvallis.

Not sure the reasoning behind keeping it private - when UConn and UO released dates, but things happen. I was told it was not a solid confirmation but it was under request. U-Conn and UO got an official acceptance. As suspected everyone wants to play them but there are only so many schedule dates that are open.

Interesting to note that 3 of the 4 universities they will play are PAC 12 schools, assuming this to be the full schedule. Now I wonder if the admission ticket will be included in the season ticket package.

Now I wonder if the admission ticket will be included in the season ticket package. “Ticket information for each game can be found at USAB.com/tickets. Additionally, early in 2020 the U.S. will compete in a second series of NCAA games, which will be announced at a later date.” UConn is for confirmed a part of the second series. Likely South Carolina as well. “Oregon State women's basketball season ticket holders will have access to presale tickets until Friday Oct. 11, with tickets going on sale to the public on Monday Oct. 14 at 9 a.m. PDT. Tickets will range from $10-$17 and will be available at BeaverTickets.com or by calling 541-737-4455.”

Interesting that they play us, then fly to Texas to play Texas AM and then fly back and play Oregon.
