Even with their series loss, Cal appears to be the other team that is at the top of the class for this year's PAC-11 baseball season. UCLA, UW, uo, (as well as the other normal culprits in a tough baseball league) will have a say as well. Most teams won't win the weekend series with CAL like USC just did. Let's get our weekend win and let everyone else struggle in Berkeley.

I will be at the Thursday game. Down here for the week, but have to leave Friday. Anyone have any words of wisdom for catching a game at Cal? I'm guessing with spring break going on tickets will not be a problem but the weather is supposed to be perfect (high 60's and sunny), so who knows. How about restaurant recommendations?
Thanks in advance.

Field is close to the edge of campus tucked into a corner of their rec center, Harmon, and the soccer stadium. Basically a small HS field.
Tons of downtown places to eat, variety, and good. If you love bbq and have time (10-15 min) drive to Jack London Sq., turn left on Broadway and about 4 blocks up on the right, Everett & Jones. Fantastic bbq, huge platters of meat, great sides. Best buy is bringing 3-4 and doing the family platter... $44 gets you a huge platter of ribs, plate of brisket, and plate of sausages, corn bread, and several sides. Fed four adult males plus we had to-go containers we all ate on the plane later.
