nice video on Mat's 7 K's vs the Cards. Good talk about working on his mechanics here. I suppose it's like Conforto and the Mets. The minors coaching staff doesn't work much on that. Just let natural talent do it's thing. Then all of a sudden in MLB they start getting exposed.
