Per a recent twitter exchange with a BYU WBB assistant:
@goduckskg Lower seed upsets can make men's NCAA tourney magical. Doesn't happen in Wmns tourney since Top 4 seeds host. Think MTSU beats Sparty in EL?
A BYU assistant replies to him in agreement: dan_nielson @goduckskg spot on. Helping the rich get richer just to boost attendance doesn't grow the game.
Graves' response: @goduckskg dan_nielson we need to go to a different model for sure. Good luck to you guys--pulling for you.
Hearing a *uck coach agree with a "rich getting richer" lament is beyond ironic. Plus, he's not complaining about hosting first round WNIT games - so he's a hypocrite.
Everything I hear from this Graves guy leaves me unimpressed to say the least.
(Graves vs OSU. 0-4, combined score 266-163; Average 67 to 41)

BYU, the higher seed, lost to Missouri in Texas - so they did have a neutral site.

I'm sure the NCAA would love to have enough of a fan base to do those first two rounds at neutral sites.....but they sure don't currently lol.

I think it won't work as long as Attendance ad Money Run he Game. Wonder if He thinks Eugene would be a Neutral Court for us? don't have anything Personal against Graves the than He coaches a t a place I despise. His work at Gonzaga was good. Didn't like what He sad about us having to accomplish something. I think He was referring to our last 2 years folding early. Reall enjoyed last nights Game n he Second Half.
