Peace to the people of El Paso

Outside of maybe Pullman, the friendliest, nicest, most hospitable road trip I have been to.  Folks there  went out of their way to take care of us and see to it we had a good time.  Even the cops.  Sitting in the far left lane downtown.  Cop stopped with us at a light.  Asked him how we get to where we want to be.  He said right at the next light.  OK, that means  journey around downtown.  Light turns green, I go, he doesn't.  I move over.  He turns on lights and moves over one lane staying behind us.  I move over.  He then moves over as well.  I move in front  of him.  I am  now in far right lane.  He turns off lights.  As I make the right turn, we wave at each other.  Freaking cop blocked  for a car full of tourists downtown with heavy traffic.
