GREAT highlight reel of the championship game....
Shelley, Scanlon and Anstey looked really good for the Aussies.....
(Are we recruiting anyone from this Aussie team?)
Buecker and Van Lith pretty much stole the highlight reel for the USA team....

That unsportsmanlike foul on Anstey changed the outcome of the game. After watching it a number of times I wonder whether it was a good call. She wasn’t swinging her elbows. She was lifting the ball over her head and Howard leaned her head into her elbow. That cost them two free throws and possession.

Technically (legally) it was a foul...I guess...But it was still a rip off call...
The USA player stuck her nose right into the boundary of natural arm motion..Especially when its the motion of a 6'3 player swinging the ball from side to side.
If you stick your head into the natural range of the elbow you deserve to get it smacked...You don't deserve to be rescued and rewarded.
