M. Pivec hit a lot of clutch shots at end of games last year....at Arizona, at UW, Boise State, home against ASU. I'm sure there were more, but those alone makes me think Pivec was our clutch performer in the past season. Totally agree w/ the sentiment, but at UW though? That game was an 86-39 beatdown and was over before halftime.
edit--oh, maybe the Pac 12 tourney game against UW...

Yeah, Mik tied it up with 5 seconds left. She pretty much carried the team most of the 2nd half. I saw a replay of it recently. I missed some of the first half when Slocum was scoring. 2nd half was almost exclusively Pivec and Corosdale doing the scoring. McWilliams and Goodman couldn't hit anything. |
