Watching her sink those 3's in the video made me wonder. Did she ever make, or even attempt, a 3-point shot in her OSU career?

Her Wikipedia entry says she never MADE one. The OSU site no longer has her stats, so no confirmation whether she ever attempted one. She might have had an at-the-buzzer heave, I imagine.

Her stats are still online (there is a drop down on the roster page for WBB that lets you specify year): osubeavers.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=2893Shows she never attempted one, and hence never made one. Marie had an at-the-buzzer heave, which she did not make. I think we are now going to evolve the post (or at least post-sized players) to be expected to make 3s.......but we didn't back in Ruth's or Marie's day. Go Beavers!
