It's beginning beaver fans... The hits keep coming!! More will follow!! This will be the best ranked recruiting class in Beaver history. The staff is not afraid to go up against the big boys of college football. As fans we need to "respect the process" because this will be a really fun ride. Once again... It's another great day to be a Beaver

I look at more then rankings or stars.... as these sites are paid websites trying to attract consumer purchases for membership. I like to look at all sites and gage all the offers they have received. Nebraska and San Diego St for him. What I'm saying is that we are recruiting more and more players that have multiple offers from big boy schools. There will be more to follow. Just watch!! Our new staff has brought new standards and higher expectations. Again have patience to "respect the process" as this will be the true 1st class of recruits. Remember Andersen was hired in a dead period (no contact to potential student athletes) last year and only had a limited time to recruit. Mark my words.... We all will be very happy come signing day!! And once again...it's a great day to be a beaver!!

I noticed he was offered by Nebraska. Chase Lucas who visited with Moran last week said that he might visit Nebraska still with a LB that is being recruited by them. Could it be that this is the same guy? If that is the case, it seems unlikely that Chase would visit Nebraska now which makes it really likely he is coming to Corvallis as well. Three from the same team? Now we need to get the 5* receiver on board as well.

Had an offer from Nebraska as well... Yes the other LB is the commit and let's see if him or Lucas go to Nebraska? By the way... Start looking at some of the people that we are "In on". Again, our staff has raised the bar on recruiting. Let's just say... We all will be extremely happy on signing day. Keep watching.... It's a great day to be a Beaver!

We are getting after and getting interest from some big time recruits because the new staff is delivering a very stern and confident message of not only we think we can do this but we Are going to do this. The staff is very clear that facilities will be upgraded and the program as a whole is ready to step into the ring with the big boys. As a recruit it may seem like a risk but when that message is delivered with extreme confidence and recruits can see the opportunity to start early and be the foundation of this change their adrenaline starts flowing. Plenty of big and successful programs have the reputation but the thought of sitting for 3 yrs might deter them just enough.

I know where Mr Riley landed and I see what you are saying.... I think all Beaver fans would agree beating Nebraksa for a recruit is a win regardless who is coaching there. Nothing against the old staff but I think it will be well proven that Andersen and crew are just recruiting at a higher level, commitment, confidence, swagger and soon to be success rate. Again, Andersen was hired last year during a dead period and took awhile to get his staff put in place. They did a great job in such a short window last year as many experts said. I'm excited to see in Febuary what this staff can do in a full calendar year of recruiting prospective student athletes. Beaver Nation has already seen if they can get them on campus, see the program 1st hand & expierence what OSU has 2 offer there usually is a commitment. As fans we all need to "Respect the process" which is also allowing the staff to do what they do really well RECRUIT!! They have raised the bar when it comes 2 recruiting and that's what we should expect and want. They won't win them all but you have to ask someone to dance before getting on the dance floor... And let's just say they are dancing with some big time student athletes!! There are more exciting things 2 come. The bar has been raised and once again... It's a great day to be a Beaver! |
