In about 12-15 years when Wayne starts thinking about retirement.... there will be a big push to get Tres in as the new head coach.

I bumped into Lester's wife on the monorail at Disneyland last Christmas. Before our current coach was hired Lester thought he had the job. The deal was he would be the coach and finish up his degree while coaching the team. According to his wife Lester loves the Beavers and still wants to be the coach. He does not want to be strung along by the AD again. If the job comes open Lester would be an excellent choice.
