Ran across some interesting info while researching Sasha Goforth's unofficial visit to U. of Arkansas today (May 25).
Arkansas Assistant Coach Lacey Goldwire was hired away in April from Neighbours and U of A to the Tennessee Vols. She is recognized as a good coach, a hot shot recruiter, and a person who relates well to athletes...
As an Assistant at Tenn. her salary becomes $220,000 annually.
I have never tracked down what the Beaver Assistant Coaches earn....Is their salary in the same ball park as what Goldwire receives at Tennessee?

Concerning Sasha Goforth: some people seem to think that Lacey Goldwire was an important piece in Arkansas' recruitment of Goforth. Some of these same people think that Goldwire's departure from Arkansas increased the Beavers' chances of ultimately signing Goforth.
This is all speculation obviously, but it very well might be something that contributes to what Beaver fans are hoping for...
