Hopefully softball goes today just like yesterday. All PAC 12 teams in the supers won and all SEC teams except one lost. And the one SEC win had both teams as SEC.
Beavers could have helped themselves with a Utah sweep, and the rain outs hurt. The Beavers may not have deserved to be in the tournament, but sure as heck all the SEC teams that got in didn't deserve to be selected. Keep losing, SEC.

You didn't quite get your perfect scenario, but close. Alabama advanced and Florida and Tennessee are playing in a loser out/winner to World Series game tomorrow. Not so good considering they had 13 teams to start with in the Regionals. All 3 of the Pac 12 teams won their Super Regional.

UCLA will be facing Oklahoma in the WCWS Championship series. Which one plays in the SEC?

UW's pitching was great but hitting was abysmal in the WCWS. Lost 2 extra inning games (to Arizona and UCLA) where they scored a grand total of 1 run in 18 innings. They did manage to be 1 of the last 4 teams standing despite the offensive woes.

Well this is pretty easy. Rooting for UCLA so we can finally bring the softball Championship back home to the Pac where it belongs. Haven't had a Title since ASU in 2011.

18 innings of semifinals softball (UCLA-UW, UA-OU #1), played on a Little League-sized field, produce a grand total of four runs, three of which came on one swing. Boring.

And the 6th place pac 12 team couldn't get into the tournament while 13 from the SEC did and they're all eliminated.
Signed, still bitter

They ought to have the ncaa investigate the ncaa to find out if there is some money changing hands. This is like the sport I hate ( Soccer and FIFA scandals ). The NCAA shows us what NOT to do... every year, every sport .

Congrats to UCLA for winning it all. And to former OSU softball HC Kirk Walker, an assistant on the UCLA staff.
