No spectator facilities for OSU track.

IIRC, the company that laid the track was very excited because everything was perfect.  The temperature, the length of time at the ideal temperature, the humidity, etc.  They said it very rarely happens and fact it was in the northwest makes it even more rare.

tsdtr did not have anything on us in regards to track surface.
