Game Maddie Washington had. Clutch baskets, rebounds, and solid defense.

I think Jo is who is going to keep the Beav's going forward in the tournament. But to be real, if Maddie instead of Kat had been hurt this season the Beav's win/loss would have been way worse. She was the one person they HAD to have. This stuff about Trish and Taya being the center would have been a disaster.

That said Maddie did play a very good game against the Zags. I think that was mentioned in quite a few posts. I know I did in one of mine. It was also mentioned on some other sites by people who regularly post here as well.

It's not absurd. To say "way worse" is maybe a bit hyperbolic, but the general point is valid. Maddie's skill set is pretty much unique on this team, and losing her would be different than losing Kat - and, I think, a bit worse. (If Janessa were healthy, I might go the other way on this one.)

She had a great game. I don't remember exactly, but sometime late in the fourth she hit a really big basket. Got the ball and confidently made a move to score, no hesitation. Great to see!
