OK, so I haven't ever watched softball. So what's the deal with the teal uniforms? Flipped on Pac 12 network and made a fool of myself telling my son that no, the teal team isn't the Beavers.
Is it for a special cause?

Remember the Joe Burton days? It’s their N7 game No clue. Sorry, what? Joe Burton was Native American, so they had a special game each year where the basketball team wore teal. It was a partnership deal with Nike. |

Frustratingly little about this on the osu website. • This series will be OSU's Native American Heritage Appreciation Series. Like stated above this first started at OSU with men's basketball and Joe Burton, a Native American.  |
