Sending 6 to nationals. That is excellent. Zalesky's teams have almost always exceeded expectations at Pac 12 championships. Usually, they exceed it dramatically. Nationals has always been where his teams performed worse than expected. Hopefully they can change that this time.
It is very interesting that they finished 3rd by the thinnest of margins, but lead the league in wrestlers going to nationals. 6 for Oregon State, 5 for Arizona State, and Stanford 4. I would prefer winning this particular battle than the trophy. We have more chances to make a splash at Nationals.

Much much closer than I expected! So very happy with this!! Now whose going to Pittsburg??! Thanks for the updates to all who posted. Was busy the entirety of yesterday so had to track on line later in the evening. Most pleasing was Hunter's return and solid performance. That win over Fox got him to NCAA's, Grant winning a title was huge and Coleman, who had him on their radar as conference champion, wow! Good job Beavs!
I am going to Pittsburgh - yay! Pray for good weather, warmth and lots of Beaver victories!
