Just so my feeble brain is clear, looking at 10 games is meaningless, but looking at 60 games is extremely accurate assessment of a teams capabilities? Interesting. Although contradicted by the study about how playoff performance was predicted more accurately by how you did in the last 15 games before the playoffs than how you did in the entire season/how you had done during the season against that particular opponent. But you go with your theory.
Just move the patch, it will clear up all your problems right away.

In the case of the Ducks and Beavers, we aren't talking about a 10 game stretch, and certainly not a 60 game stretch. You are focusing on the result of one single game, because that is the only way you can try to spin your alternate version of reality. If you look at any significant stretch of games, the Ducks were clearly the better team in conference play. That is just evident by looking at the game results. That isn't even taking into account the fact the Ducks' only setbacks in conference play coincided with the injury to their star post player.
As for this crazy argument you are trying to make about the 30-35 Orlando Magic being a better team than the 44-19 defending world champion Golden State Warriors, you don't actually believe that, right? If you do, pointing out that you are making yourself look silly would be redundant. Salvage some dignity. Quit claiming this absurd thing that everyone knows is ridiculous in some futile attempt to save face.

Strange to see this team go from beating the #2 team in the country to struggling with teams that team blows them out. Not so strange. Remember we also lost by 11 to that #2 team in the country.

Strange to see this team go from beating the #2 team in the country to struggling with teams that team blows them out. The fact that it was the tail end of a long road trip, playing a team on its Senior Day, may have had something to do with it. Different teams match up differently with the same opponent.
