Hard to go to double OT when the opponent shoots 29.7% and misses 9 FTs?!?
Not sure I've ever seen that bad of shooting get a team to OTs.

The longer the season goes, this team's weaknesses are being exposed (like happens to any other team). No depth; Jo is what Jo is (much improved, but still limited); Maddie W is having to play out of position, and we're getting little or no scoring from two starters, or reserves other than Aleah. The longer we go, the more we really miss Kat. Our offensive dynamic really changed when she got hurt. She really stretched the opposing team's defense, and we don't have that catch-and-shoot option now. We have really overachieved, and that's a testament to this team and the coaches. Win two NCAA games at Gill and make the Sweet 16, which would be a solid accomplishment for this team. We're not an Elite 8 team right now. You can’t include Aleah in this game. She had a bad game.

Didn't see the game, I'll take your word for it. Overall she's played very well. Jo looks to have made a monster second OT, after reading the play-by-play on the website box score.

Clearly not the best performance of the year, but Mik leads the team again. When the team is playing great, she is in the background. When they need her, she delivers. Go Beavs!

Hands down MVP is Mik (except for her free throw shooting.). Other team’s defensive pressure on the ball is stymieing our offense, plus they’re have multi-players crowding Jo as soon she gets the ball. Wish we could just slide into the NCAAs without PAC 12 tournament.

Strange to see this team go from beating the #2 team in the country to struggling with teams that team blows them out.

The Golden State Warriors sometimes lose to teams they are clearly better than also. That is the way basketball works. You can't look at the result of any individual game and assume that is indicative of how good the teams actually are. If you look at the season as a whole, the Ducks are clearly at a level well above the Beavers.

You clearly have the patch over the wrong eye Carlos. Basketball, like many sports, can be a game of rock, paper, scissors with teams having more success against certain other teams. But
teams that are "clearly better" than other teams don't lose to them.

She's doing a nice job on the defensive rebounds, but there hasn't been the freshman to sophomore jump offensively that one likes to see. Goodman is showing it this year, as did Pivec last. I won't be too surprised if Kennedy Brown takes TC's starting spot next year.

Is this a joke? Sticking with the example of the Golden State Warriors, the other night they lost to the Orlando Magic, a team that is below .500 in the comparatively weak Eastern Conference. What world are you living in which the Golden State Warriors are not clearly the better basketball team, despite the result of that individual game?

Are you pretending ignorance? Currently Orlando is on a 8-2 streak, while GS is on a 6-4 streak, and so Orlando at that moment in time was playing better, and won the game. Is this really a difficult concept?
Really, try moving the patch, I think it will help.

Lol, you don't seem to be able to comprehend that what you just typed is the entire point. Obviously the team that won the game was playing better "at that moment in time." Duh. Like was pointed out in my original post, that is why you look at the season as a whole, rather than the result of any one individual game. When doing that, anyone with any cognitive ability can plainly see that the Golden State Warriors have been a superior team this season compared to the Orlando Magic, and the Oregon Ducks have been a superior team compared to the Oregon State Beavers. Hope this helps.
