Key factor. When Cal was hitting 3s in 4Q OSU never stopped scoring and cal just couldn’t make up any ground. OSU captures their 20th win and takes sole possession of 2nd place in conference.
Great W.

I always forget Cal has a 6’7” Chinese center in Chen Yue sitting on their bench. She was ranked #51 in the class if 2015 and here is what Dan Olson had to say about her “Low-post performer with superb mobility, hands, catches and finishes in traffic; quick feet in post with emerging back-to-basket game; off-the-charts potential.” Wonder if she would have had a different result in Corvallis? I believe she focuses more on academics though.

Great job. Now bring on the bad guys. Yep. I watched a good part of that UO-Stanford game today. Tough row to hoe there. I wonder if Tara’s ever had a beat down like that before?

I bet Mulkey has no interest in playing us again.

I'd like the Portland region to be paired up with the Albany one for the Final Four.

Baylor should scare anyone, but we have beaten them before. I know different team etcetera, but we were not supposed to beat them the first time... I would be more afraid of Notre Dame if I were the ucks..................................

FYI -
(1) We beat Baylor to advance to the Final Four, and we beat Baylor to advance to the Elite Eight.
(2) Kristine Anigwe is a load, an absolute load, but she has never beaten the Beavers in her college career.
(3) The win today was Scott's 100th conference win as coach of the Beavs.
(4) The win against Oregon on Friday night will be his 200th overall as coach of the Beavs; the subsequent win on Monday (in front of a sellout crowd) will be number 201.
(5) Say what you will about Katie Mac, but 8 more wins and she surpasses Marie as the all time leader in OSU history - she currently has 109, average of 27 per year.

That is an interesting bracket, each top seed has a team that's been a thorn on their side. I honestly think Baylor would be scared to play us, nothing goes right for them and we methodically suck the life out of them. Anyone in this screen can win the National Crown. Everyone is so good, In the end I don't think there will be an easy into the Final Four. Too many teams that are tough. Which is quite the opposite on the men's Pac-12 side.

This was a great win for the OSU Beavers today. Someone pointed out that Cal hit 4 consecutive 3-pointers and OSU came back and scored each time. And OSU got the stops when we needed, and we showed toughness on the road. The biggest win today (for me as a fan) was seeing both Jo & Trish getting playing time. Best post play we have had all year. I sure hope Rueck gets Trish in the rotation. She is demonstrating she can hang with the big girls. Jo is also playing better which is great to see. Can't get over our lousy 3-point shooting the past few games. I sure hope that improves. Today (in contrast to Friday night) I thought Rueck substituted the right players at the right time. Good game for the coaches as well. Winning on the road is tough, and this will give us momentum into the games with Oregon.
