Link5'-11" PG and the #4 player in the country. Of course we are in on #3 (Haley Van Lith... 5'-7") too. Would love to get either of them.

Really smooth player. Her shooting form has a higher foundation positioning than most women - I'm interpreting this to mean she likely has atypical upper body strength. Would love to watch her game for 4 years at OSU!

Well, Caitlin topped her recent 46 point game.....she just got 60 in a 90-78 win. I guess she knows how to put the ball in the bucket.

Here is a highlight clip of her 13 3-point baskets in the one game.

A new article on Caitlin Clark, this one from Ames, Iowa. www.amestrib.com/sports/20190206/girls-basketball-coveted-caitlin-clark-considering-national-powers-local-collegesSome new insights on her. Not sure why she thinks the life style is so different out here (presumably referring to the state of Oregon). Likes that Notre Dame fits her faith. Says she will make her decision after her summer AAU season but before her senior high-school season. Oregon is in the mix. So, if she doesn't pick OSU let's hope she chooses Notre Dame, one of the colleges in Iowa, or any school but Oregon.

I think the most telling part of that article is "I want to play right away, have an impact right away." Not sure how that would play out here.

I think the most telling part of that article is "I want to play right away, have an impact right away." Not sure how that would play out here. Why? Plenty of freshman have played and had an impact under Rueck.

I think the most telling part of that article is "I want to play right away, have an impact right away." Not sure how that would play out here. Are we sure Destiny will even still be here for her final year of eligibility (ie. 2020-21 season)? She could even go pro after this season, but I think she will still play next year (2019-20) for sure. If Destiny leaves after next year, Clark could get a lot of playing time her freshman year (2020-21). If Destiny stays, Clark can learn from 2 of the best (ie. Slocum and Goodman).

So when Clark arrives on campus, our guards will be Jazz, Aleah, and Destiny (given she stays). There will be playing time due to a lack of depth. It may not be at the PG slot, but there will be minutes.

Quite so. I would also point out that here will be minutes available at the 3 spot.

It may not be at the PG slot, but there will be minutes. This makes it very clear the Beavs need to sign a good point guard and at least one shooting/wing/combo guard if not 2 for 2020. I am hoping Goforth is one of the latter.
