A reminder that there are important things in life, and then there are *really* important things..... I think I will go call my Mom now.
Here's hoping Taylor and her family are strengthened by their family, friends and faith tradition at this time.

What a strong, beautiful woman Taylor’s mother was. Heaven truly gained a special angel today. It is such a shame that her mother will never get to cheer Taylor on in Corvallis. She is going to accomplish big things sooner than later, and I can guarantee she is going to be a big fan favorite here for both her character and personality off the court and her ability on the court. All of beaver nation’s prayers are with her at this time.

RIP. I know she is at peace, finally the pain and suffering is over. I hope that Taylor has a strong support system in place to help her through this difficult time.
I'm in the process of losing my mom to cancer, stage 3 inoperable tumors in have taken over her body and brain. I'm just thankful that I have had 55 years with her.

Very, very sorry to hear that about your mother. Cancer is a nasty thing. She will be in my prayers.

Here's hoping Taylor and her family are strengthened by their family, friends and faith tradition at this time. Mom’s can’t take all the credit when their kids do well, behind most outstanding people, there is usually at least one person who has played a huge part in their development. Taylor’s faith appears to be very strong, and her mom’s faith, strength and support to have been instrumental in Taylor’s development. What a remarkable woman she must have been. Nobody should lose a parent when they’re only 17 or 18. I’m praying for her family, and I’ll be pulling for her even more as she steps out into the bigger world. Along with her faith and family, going to have coaches and teammates who love her and have her back, and all of Beaver Nation behind her!
