A low life, bottom feeding pond scum. On Dec 13 Temple gives him his big break: the HC job there. 16 days later he demonstrates his integrity by dumping them and takes the Miami job. Nice. I would use that example of this integrity against him on the recruiting trail.

So if Cristobol had been selected he isn't because it's been a year?
I guess these aren't mutually exclusive

Sorry, but he has to look out for himself and his family. Every single FB coach in America takes Miami over Temple, especially if you've already been living in Miami.
Always take the better job. Always.

I understand, but, he was offered and he accepted the offer and the deal was done. His word has to stand for something. Maybe, he should have waited.

I'm just surprised that Miami and Temple wound up with the same guy.

His word is his signed contract, which included a $4 million buyout to end the dealt, which was paid. For Temple, tough deal, but that's the way the pickle squirts.

And Temple made another $2.5M via buyout from Ga Tech who hired the previous HC. $6.5M off season so far for Temple. not too shabby. You could also say Miami just paid $4M to promote their own assistant coach. Maybe Richt should have dropped a hint earlier?
