Spent much of his D1 career as an assistant, hasn’t been head coach since 2007 at D3 Worcester St. He was Miss. State’s top recruiter.
Before his arrival, the Bulldogs scored 34 goals in 2015 and 2016 combined. In his first year, 2017, the dogs scored 32 goals. Their best output in 16 seasons! He also helped LMU, his team before landing at MSU, land the #37 recruiting class in 2015. Had a #20 class at Providence, and a couple of top 20 classes in his two years at Miami (Fl).

The Jesuit girls team won the State tournament this year, and outscored their opponents on the season 128-1 in doing so. The 1 goal they gave up was in a 6-1 win over Camas, WA in the 3rd game of the season. Camas lost the Washington State 4A Championship game 1-2 to Skyline.
I think if I were recruiting, I might take a look at that Jesuit team a little bit.

The women's soccer team used to be great and fun to watch. Would be amazing to create a soccer vibe in Corvallis with men's and women's having crazy games and atmospheres!

If there is a building of a more permanent seating area at Lorenz Field, I hope they'll add a terrace behind the south goal for the ultras (and I'm using that term lightly), to stand behind. We could have some real fun with that.

I agree those bleachers are NOT the best, makes it feel like a high school setting. They really need to market and build a fanbase like Gymnastics, WBB, etc did. And even wrestling back in the day.
