Basically on continuous probation for violations since 1996 and NCAA just keeps on with the wrist slaps.

The amazing thing I see is that so many people think uo is doing what everyone else does and act as though its "just a little probation". Only 13 schools are currently on probation. Two of them have 2 sports in trouble, everyone else has 1.... 'cept for the ducks which have 4. And I think this doesn't even account for the buying recruits accusations that are out there. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_NCAA_institutions_on_probationTo have 4 sports on probation seems to me like "rule bending" is pretty pervasive in their athletic department's culture, not just a minor slip-up.
