Greigo's been pretty disappointing his last two years. Showed so much promised as a redshirt freshman. Agreed. I don't know if it's the athlete/injuries, coaching or the room, but we've had more than a few guys in recent years that seemed to make little to no improvement (if not regress) between freshman and senior year. Hathaway, Delgado, Rodriguez come to mind.. We need a new head coach. The expectations for OSU wrestling should be the same as for OSU Baseball. And I’m not being hyperbolic. His stunning incompetence in mishandling the Alshujery fiasco is reason enough to send him packing in my mind. OSU Wrestling deserves better than Iowa’s “sloppy seconds”. |
