Tree of Hope has a pretty darn good 1-2 combo in Van Lith & Daniels....
Who else is on the team? Is it all Washington kids?
I tried to locate the roster but could only locate last year's....

Guliich was further along as a frosh,by far than was Ruth. The coaches saw her potential that she could be a star eventually. What a versatile talent!

I hope I'm dead wrong....but my guess is Goforth chooses Arkansas. Well, Ms. Goforth still has the photo of her wearing Oregon State clothing on her instagram page. So, I'm taking this as a "sign" the Beavers are still in the mix. If that pic comes off before she she's made an announcement of her school choice, it won't be good news for OSU. I think that picture is a strong indication of what school she REALLY likes. Doesn't mean she will sign with OSU. Staying at home and playing in front of family can be a lot to overcome, but from both her words, and that picture, you can tell she loves the Beavs.

If she doesn’t commit to us, I think distance will be the sole factor. Also if she doesn’t commit to us, I’m not exactly sure who else we are recruiting among guards/wings.

Another reason could be that she cannot see eye to eye with Coach Rueck. At 5'4" not many players see eye to eye with CR. We are in her top three, no way that could be if she didn't have a similar view of the game. |
