ASGR: 2019 Recruiting Class Rankings
ASGR ranks Beav’s 2019 Class #10:They also rank Kennedy Brown #18 and Taylor Jones #38. This site is a little different, as they include transfers but don’t have all the international players. Other Pac-12:UCLA (#7) and Stanford (#9) are the only schools ranked ahead of us. USC (#16) does not have two of its players included, one because she committed today but one was a while ago. The next teams are Washington (#28) and Utah (#33). It doesn’t look to be the most reliable down the stretch, but it does for top-25 or so.

I hope that Rueck and company have as much success teaching this class as they have with lower ranked ones. Jones and Brown have the potential to be a true dynamic duo, a high low post combination that could rival or even surpass the ones in the past. I still think that Aquino and Morris could also be a great pair given enough time to develop.

National Letter of Intent, ie. signing period for recruits starts today and runs through November 21. LET'S GO BEAVS! Go for it Taylor Jones and Kennedy Brown! Might there be a surprise 3rd recruit?

(I don't think this is a surprise 3rd recruit.....just pointing out that KB plans to sign her NLI today). EDIT - As does TJ: Go Beavers!

According to espn it appears that we are going to sign two 5* recruits, meanwhile the schmucks sign two 3* recruits. So while our team is signing better classes each year tsdtr seems to be going the other direction. Can't say it surprises me.

Well...one thing to always consider is the fact that their recruits are international, and ESPN doesn't really specialize in overseas recruits. Sure, an Ezi Magbegor, a Laeticia Amihere, or a Satou Sabally are going to be 5*, but similar to Jasmine Simmons being a 3* although many of us thought she was closer to a 4*, same could hold true for their recruits. Of course, if they add #1 Haley Jones, the whole dynamic of this conversation would change.
Second, they also seem to be going after a strong 2020 class as they have already had a few 5* UVs, as have we.

Every team goes for a strong recruiting class, it only counts when the player signs on the dotted line.
Haley Jones is playing the "look at me" game. She won't sign until after everybody else does so she can have all the attention ala i and Westbrook. These are not the players that fit in a Beaver uniform. Her final five include uconn, south carolina, notre dame, stanford, and the $uck$. Of course I'd prefer her to go east. Looks like she visited the $uck$ last.

Prospects Nation: 2019 Recruiting Class Rankings
Prospects Nation ranks the Beavs 2019 Class #14:They did a very slight reshuffle of their recruitings, but it had a big impact on Kennedy Brown’s rankings. KB went from #58 (which I already thought was far too low), to #100. There are not 99 better players than her in the country. Jones moved one spot to #16, still ranked the #2 Post. Around the Pac-12:
USC’s 6 player class is ranked #7, UCLA #9, and Stanford #10. Both ESPN and PN have us ranked #4 in the Pac-12 behind these 3 schools for our 2019 class.
