Tres Tinkle puts winning firstTres Tinkle grew up in an environment with a blue-collar mentality, where status and rewards were earned. The Oregon State junior forward has been motivated in recent years by doubters who believed he wouldn’t succeed in major college basketball, and a desire to play in the NBA. He’s also had to follow in the footsteps of two older sisters who stood out on the basketball court and in the classroom. He never wanted to be known as the weakest child in the family.

As someone who is a bit of a gym rat myself, when my body can allow it. I know that getting the lift required to extend and have good form is an exertion in itself. Tres is a machine. He will have a huge year and make waves nationally with his output. My question is will the team really want to spread the ball around when you have one guy who can get 30 a game? Stevie T is a torrid shooter on occasion and will be wide open if Tres is double teamed. This team should be able to win pac 12 games on the road but its going to take more than just one guy.
