With only 14 days left before college baseball's national signing day, the best guess is OSU will sign 14 players. That may be still subject to change but for now, 14 looks solid. Here are some current state rankings from Perfect Game and Baseball Northwest.
C Ben Steck - Mill Creek, WA./ Henry Jackson HS. Ranked the 14th best prospect on the Washington Top-51 by Perfect Game and the 10th best prospect by BBNW on their Washington Top-47.
RHP Ryan Brown - Salem, OR./South Salem HS. Ranked the 12th best prospect on the Oregon Top-17 by Perfect Game, and the 3rd best prospect on the Oregon Top-27 by BBNW.
INF Kyle Dernedde - Tualatin, OR. HS. Ranked the 2nd best prospect on the Oregon Top-17 by Perfect Game, and the 4th best prospect on the Oregon Top-27 by BBNW.
RHP Will Fritsch - Stillwater, MN. HS. Ranked the #1 prospect on the Minnesota Top-25 by Perfect Game.
LHP Drew Gilbert - Stillwater, MN. HS. Ranked the 3rd best prospect on the Minnesota Top-25 by Perfect Game.
OF Wyatt Young - Houston, TX./ The Kincaid School. Ranked #282 on the Texas Top-300 by Perfect Game.
LHP Cooper Hjerpe - Woodland, CA. HS. Ranked the 58th best prospect on the California Top-100 by Perfect Game, and ranked the 23rd best prospect in Northern California by NorCal Preps.
INF Justin Boyd - Parker, CO./ Legends HS. Ranked the 4th best prospect on the Colorado Top-37 by Perfect Game.
RHP Jack Washburn - Webster, WI. HS. Ranked the 3rd best prospect on the Wisconsin Top-33 by Perfect Game.
C Cole Hamilton - Salem, OR./ North Salem HS and Linn-Benton C.C. No ranking available. Several JuCo rankings will be out after the first of the year.
