Curious which family members may have come along as well. From twitter post, it seems her Mom may have made the UCLA and Oregon trips. They should have a good idea of Oregon fall weather from being here two weeks ago as well visiting Oregon. I just hope the fact that we already have AA and PM, plus an incoming TJ doesn't lead Kennedy to believe we don't need any more 'bigs'. I think she would be a perfect addition, and if the coaches can bring in the 2020 guards/wings I think the they can, this program would be looking strong for years to come. I don't want to keep losing recruits to Oregon though, so Kennedy, make the right move! Kennedy’s mom and dad were both there. She was with Patricia Morris a lot of the time, but I’m not sure who all was officially hosting her. She seemed to be having fun - they left at the half to do something more entertaining. That whole team really seemed to be having fun together, and Kennedy’s parents seemed to enjoy the day as well.

I really hope she is having/had a great weekend and that our girls showed her how close a team can be.

I too hope there is some good news following this visit. If not us, I hope OU. We will have great 4s and 5s too, but she isn’t someone I want in the Pac-12 unless she’s wearing orange.
Adding her would give us a loaded front court for some years. Aquino, Morris, Jones, and Brown are all great, unique, and versatile players. I’d say that would be the best front court in the nation. I guess she is our final 2019 prospect?

(That can only be positive, lets hope we did enough to prove this is the best spot for her)

oregonstate.rivals.com/news/wbb-following-osu-visit-5-star-kennedy-brown-set-to-make-decisionThe Oregon State Beavers hosted its top recruit left on the board in the class of 2019 in Derby (Kan.) five-star post player Kennedy Brown. The 6-foot-6 prospect, who ranks as the No. 19 overall recruit in the '19 class, enjoyed her official visit at OSU, according to her mother, Danika Brown, who was kind enough to speak with BeaversEdge.com about their weekend in Corvallis. One highlight of the visit for the Brown family was watching Oregon State's practice. On the Browns' other visits, the teams weren't in full practice mode yet, but OSU is in camp to gear up for the start of the season. "I think anytime you get to watch an actual practice and see how the coaches interact with players is really beneficial to a recruit," Mrs. Brown said. "Kennedy enjoyed that ... We were able to watch that on Friday."

Decision will be announced Saturday, it can't come soon enough. Sounds like she really enjoyed her visit. The relationship that Scott and then Katie developed with her in the last three or for years sounds solid. Let's hope the players were able to make her want to be a Beaver.

KB has chosen OSU. Can I just ask, in what universe is she 6"6"?

duckduckgoose seems to have an inside source. Also reported about Shelley well before she committed. Hope this is true.

KB has chosen OSU. Can I just ask, in what universe is she 6"6"? The same universe where she is 6'5" and they add an inch.

She was listed at 6’5 nuch of the time until ESPN bumped her up to 6’6. Regardless, she still has good height, tremendous size for her style of play and is extremely mobile. She will be a great get for Rueck. To be able to beat out the schools we did this year, UO, Baylor, UCLA, Florida State, Texas, Mississippi State, is tremendous and shows we can recruit. Let’s just hope the news reported is true!

For girls as opposed to boys, sometimes an inch will be shaved off rather than added on to the heights they admit to for vanity reasons. Yes, even in 2018. Weight is an even more sensitive issue. Lots of girls even if they’re extremely fit don’t like to cop to being 170+ lbs

With all these 5-star posts, time to add some 5-star guards and wings in 2020.

Lots of girls even if they’re extremely fit don’t like to cop to being 170+ lbs ESPN had one of their 30 minute or 60 shows on Bill Walton (probably more than 10 years ago now). He was saying 6'11" is really tall but 7' is a freak! So he was always listed at 6'11". I'm guessing he was 7'1" when he played with the Blazers.
