Hailey Van Lith received an invite to participate in the recent Jamal Crawford Elite 30 camp. You can see Hailey battling against some guys in the first video below. Most notable in her improvement from last year is her increase in physical strength, according to those who saw her compete during the OSU camp this summer.

That girl has "the stare"! You can just tell she has that killer instinct that greats are made of. I would love to see her tearing up I-nescu with her sick moves in a Beavs uni!
GoBeavs!

Hailey's future battles with Sabrina will have to wait for the USA national team practices or in the WNBA. As a Class of 2020 recruit, Hailey won't get a chance to play against Sabrina at the collegiate level. Ionescu is currently projected as the #1 overall pick in the WNBA draft is she elects to come out in 2019 and enter the draft following her junior year. If Ionescu elects to remain at Oregon for a fourth season, Van Lith will still be a senior in high school during the '19-'20 season. But... I like how you think, beavdowg. Van Lith would look very good in orange and black. Left-handed point guards have done pretty well at Gill in the recent past.

I have a good feeling it will be between us and UCONN for HVL. I love the idea of her and Slocum being teammates for a year before Van Lith takes over. I think it would be a great opportunity for both girls. I see lots of similarities in their games too.
About Ionescu, I am so interested to see if she leaves for the WNBA after next season. Many say she could be a number 1 in either 2019 or 2020 Drafts. I hope she leaves and it wouldn’t shock me. All about Ion!

She's all about HER!! Glad she isn't in Corvallis, even though she obviously is a great talent, poison to team mates..

She’s not my cup of tea but you can’t argue with her talent or her results. She’s the best guard in NCAA WBB and the *ucks expect that same level of performance for 2 more seasons. She’s Mark Campbell’s type of player, and that’s what matters down there.

Never questioned her talent, which is at a super level IMO. I just don't like her on court demeanor and attitude, period, some people aren't worth the sacrifices of others regardless of results. By the number bailing down there, I can only assume by rumors and observation that she MAY be a large part of it, and of course the coaches! However, she is a nice fit in Eugene…..
