The early word and confirmations via Twitter sites reflect that the Beavs will play 2018 NCAA tournament qualifier Western Kentucky on November 22 in Vancouver, 2017 national champion South Carolina likely on November 23 (if both teams win their quarterfinal games in the Vancouver Showcase), would play likely #1 and defending national champion Notre Dame on November 24 (if both teams advance to the tourney title game), Texas A&M (26-10 last season) in Hawaii on December 15 in their second game of the Maui Classic, and host Duke (2018 NCAA Sweet Sixteen participant) on December 20 in Gill Coliseum.
Kudos to the coaching staff for putting together a preseason schedule that will certainly test this season's squad and prepare it for the rigors of the PAC-12 conference season.

I am not a fan of the RPI, but if this is the scheme the NCAA will again follow, I am glad OSU WBB have the opportunity to play some "RPI-strong" teams early. The PAC12 gets no respect, even though PAC12 Teams have consistently done major damage to the rest of the NCAA 64-team tournament field the past 3 years.
