Seems to me like Geno would relate to spoiled 15 and 16 year olds. He acts like one a good percentage of the time.

Money...Money...Money. There has been big money in college sports for a long time, but it has exploded over the past decade. And Women's sports are a more recent participant in the growth. Kids see all the money TV makes, the schools make they see the whole picture. They realize who much money there is to make. So even while the WNBA makes a fraction of what the NBA makes, they still get $80K contracts for an average player. There is still endorsement potential. Or, you go to Europe or China where women professional athletes make million dollar contracts... Building your brand is just part of the deal now.
