Stopped off for a night in Prince Rupert (pop. ~8500), small town about 600+ miles up the northern British Columbia coast from Seattle. And wearing my Beaver Natl Champs 2018 tee-shirt of course.
Anyway, so far FOUR people have stopped me on the street and recounted how they were rooting for the Beavs in the CWS and what a tough team we had. 'Didn't even know they got the broadcast up here and never expected to encounter anyone who'd ever even heard of OSU baseball!
Just amazing what our baseball program has done for our visibility nationally AND, apparently, internationally as well. I love it, just love it!
