I came across an interesting article from a New Yorker columnist written back in March of 2016. It is called, "The List." She tells of juveniles who somehow 'crossed the line' while growing up. Even though Luke's records are sealed, the cat is out of the bag and he is paying the price for what he did or didn't do.
You can Google "The List - by Sarah Stillman" and find the link. I think you get 3 free reads. Some of these stories are heart breaking. MB.

That is quite an article. No second chances there. Even though your record is expunged the internet remembers all. I tried to find Danny J Moran's new job to send him a link. He still has his o job on his linked in account
The one woman says that self employment may be the only way out. I think I agree. With Luke's dad being in construction he may have a shot at that.
At this point Luke's best revenge hopefully can drive himself to be sucessfull
