I do not recall this being posted:
I think PM gets a shot attempt ~1 minute in, and gets fouled grabbing a Defensive board later, but otherwise not many touches.
Go Beavers!

One thing is for sure: PM's coach did absolutely nothing with his forwards or his guards to help spring PM loose. An athlete with her mobility and size should receive some kind of screen on every possession, and should touch the ball on 2/3 of ALL possessions.
PM Standing vertical with arms raised = wasted talent. Wasted.

PM Standing vertical with arms raised = wasted talent. Wasted. Pretty much the same story for Andrea Aquino. If her HS team had made a serious effort to get her open and feed her the ball inside, her stats would have been explosive. Once Rueck has both PM and AA running plays that get them open, I think they'll have an entirely different opinion about the pleasures of playing basketball. And though I've been down on Joanna Grymek in the past, I'm thinking that once she sees what AA can do, maybe she'll think "why can't I do that?" Maybe her game will pick up when she sees that being tall shouldn't keep you from showing off a bit (like displaying some attitude and dunking once in a while).

Speaking of Joanna Grymek, I am looking forward to 411500's Player Improvement thread on her..... Go Beavers!
