According to 247 article, he won't enroll until 2020. Plans to do his LDS mission after graduating high school. His cousin Niti Liu is a big boy

'Hard to get too excited about these commits that plan on 2 yr religious missions before coming to at OSU. Seems as if most never show up, if they're heard from at all.

Yeah, many of them decommit and go to BYU, or lose their passion for football. But, it is still good to try. The two years of emotional, mental and PHYSICAL maturity that happen between 18-20 is huge, even if the kid isn't doing any weight lifting or anything... If Smith and Co can begin a carousel of these guys like BYU and Utah has it is yet another under the radar way to turn 2 and 3 stars into great college players...

Yes and the coaching staff has up to 2 years to plan a roster a spot and often almost as long to find a replacement if the recruit decides to go elsewhere. The long drawn out recruiting process makes it easier for coaches to plan.
