Looks like NFL used PAC-12 as consultants for their replay system.
How do they NOT overturn the horrible on-field call of incomplete? That blown call changed the game.

It really wasn't that open and closed. that ball was wiggling around the entire time, and while it likely didn't touch the ground at the end, it wasn't exactly inconclusive that it did not.
Stands as called. not confirmed. replay officials said they didn't see enough to overturn it. also, who knows. maybe they couldn't get a certain angle to the screen that we got. screw ups like that have been know to happen.
But yeah. Denver defense changed the game. That one call was hardly make or break in a 24-10 game.

That one call was hardly make or break in a 24-10 game. That blown replay gave them a free touchdown which was the difference in the game. Take that early 7 away and its 7-6 Carolina at the half and totally changes their play calling.
