Only rumored so far, but here is what their MLB team page has to say:
Nick Madrigal
There were some who thought Madrigal, the team’s top pick and fourth overall selection in the 2018 Draft, could have been ready for the Majors at some point during the 2019 season after three standout campaigns at Oregon State. The 22-year-old and No. 4 White Sox prospect per MLB Pipeline has Gold Glove capabilities at second and is a high-contact, high-speed player on offense with 16 strikeouts and 35 stolen bases over 473 Minor League at-bats in 2019. Madrigal most likely won’t break Spring Training with the team but shouldn’t be far off from the Majors.

Sanchez was their everyday Second Baseman last season, but his bat was a bit below their expectations, and he was due an estimated $6 million going forward through arbitration.
In a follow-up 'Hot Stove' chat, linked on the White Sox website, the reporter notes that Madrigal will likely "get the majority of reps at 2B..come May"

Nick will play and get close to 100 at bats with the big club in March (Spring Training). As he always does, he will perform well under the close observation of the ChiSox brass. If he's judged to be ready now, his minor league days are over.
He's already proven he can destroy AAA pitching during his stint at Charlotte last season. His fielding ability, as judged and graded by scouts and cross-checkers in the White Sox organization, was MLB ready his final year at Oregon State.
Let the Madrigal era begin!

I'm guessing that unless Kris Bryant wins his "service time manipulation" case, Madrigal will show up in Chicago the same way Bryant did - after he's spent enough time in the minors to NOT get a full year of service time buit up.

I mean, the intent of the rule is there and makes sense. It's just that in practice, everyone figured out WHEN the service time tripped a full year of service or when it would trip "super two" status for arbitration, so the seemingly arbitrary cutoffs actually became very obvious dates on the calendar. I can't say that I blame owners for using the system to their advantage, but I'm 100% sure this will be an issue that comes up in the next contract negotiations.
