Nice, but we don’t need any outside affirmation about our ball park. But thanks just the same. Y’all went through all that trouble to add the extra seats so I assumed y’all wanted the positive affirmation. Not sure if you saw many of the other regional games but I saw a lot of empty seats at the other stadiums. Maybe we have a small stadium, constrained by its location on campus. And maybe the stadium is located in a small town, but we do a great job filling it consistently. And just think how good it will feel when you lose to us, knowing that it was in front of such a small audience. |

Is the f%#*ing game thread and what is the score? And it's a wrap. Pearce pitched to four batters for the last out in the 8th and 3 in the 9th. They all hit the ball hard but at someone. Gretler's defense for the final out was spectacular. |

Gretler's defense for the final out was spectacular. 6 pitches....4 outs he's going to have to go throw a bullpen session to get warm notes from MP during the game NCAA doesn't let you hang up Ks for strikeouts. So the group that does that thing that shall not be named made T shirts w/a K on them. Then ea fan would stand up as they mounted. I suppose a backward K would turn around? Maneri made a comment about the cool air. NWS coach dropped a comment about the way they play ball out there. Whatever that means. Didn't sound like it was "in a good way". Maybe baseball speak for Bless your heart. It was 101 degrees when they left Shreveport Wednesday. 65 in Or |
