Deason carved them up tonight. The only guy that had any good swings was Strumpf. The bruins better get their suitcases packed, because those 'pretenders' are going to be on the road awhile. Glad to see their bats cool off.

Glad to see their bats cool off. Who to root for in the Pac-12 in order for RPI purposes: 1. Oregon State 2. Oregon 3. UCLA 4. Washington State 5. Stanford 6. Arizona State (tie) 6. Utah (tie) 8. USC 9. Arizona 10. Washington 11. California
Obviously, Oregon State needs to stay within three games of UCLA for the final series. However, UCLA losses (other than losses against Oregon and Oregon State) hurt the Beavers in the long run.

Short term, you are correct, Arizona wins help Oregon State's RPI. However, assuming that the Beavers and Bruins play all three games in Corvallis to end the season, UCLA's wins help more than any other team other than Oregon State and Oregon.

Yes, win out, and it does not matter. But anything more than four losses, cheering on Oregon losses is effectively cutting off your nose to spite your face. Think "The Godfather." It's not personal; it's business. Or think European Balance of Power in the 16th through the 20th centuries. Sometimes, it's in your best interests that the scumbags should win. In Oregon State's case, it's in the Beavers' interest that the Ducks lose to Oregon State but win the rest. It's business. Don't make it personal.

Georgia and Arkansas and most of the rest of the SEC, as well. Join in with me, Smalls, "SEC, SEC, SEC, SEC, SEC............" I agree with you 100%, Smalls. Screw Oregon State! Screw the Pac-12! I am excited to see another all-SEC final in Omaha. Cheering on the Beavers deep into June? Who needs that stress, amiright?

Who cares what Auburn and Arkansas fans think. What have they ever done? Last time I saw Georgia, they were getting chewed up by Fresno St. (2008 CWS) I hope we get one of those teams at Goss this year. We'll give em a "thrashing" . (See Vanderbilt in 2017).

On a side note...in the book "The Godfather," in the scene where Michael comes up with the idea that he will kill Sollozzo, he talks about how in reality The Don (Vito) always took everything personal...nothing was just business. It was a source of his power. The movie took a real departure from the book in that scene.

Sorry wilky, every time the dux lose an angel get's his wings. And I'm not going to root against angels.
I'll continue to root for my two favorite teams, the Beavs, and whoever is playing tsdtr.
Go Beavs!

Warren Nolan? hmmm....he also predicts the U of A goes undefeated the rest of season - including sweeps in Berkeley & Eugene, and a home sweep v. rival ASU. Finishing with an RPI of 27. Warren Nolan? hmmm.....
