Well, won't get the game completed today because:
A: no inning can start after 5:30 (3:30 our time) and the way the Beavers are hitting they might not get out of the 5th
B: Springfield is in a Tornado Watch box, and severe weather could pop up at any time (I very much doubt the AA game will get a chance to be played).

Question: if the game is interrupted by weather before 4 and 2/3 innings have been played, is it still official even if they can continue it tomorrow?

Game will be suspended when the time limit is reached, and completed on Saturday before the regularly-scheduled game.
If we are ahead, it needs to go the full five innings before it can be considered official, should weather or travel accommodations over the next two days make it impossible to complete.
If they have played more than five and the game is suspended and unable to be completed, the score reverts to the final completed inning and the game is considered official.

Strong thunderstorm moving into the area that could go severe at any time, there is a tornado warned storm about 80 miles to the south. |
