Great win for this team! Pivec, Katie Mac, Marie were outstanding. Kat had some very good moments too. When Kat just lets the ball go, and doesn't think, she doesn't miss. Kat just needs to let it go. I am so impressed with Taya, she was unbelievable as a freshman, getting 9 rebounds, hitting a very key 3, two key free throws, WOW! Aleah played well too. Don't let anyone tell you Baylor is going to smoke OSU. Our girls believe. Winning two (2) games on the road, at Tennessee, is HUGE for their confidence. We match up as well as any other team vs Baylor. Watching Baylor last night, we will have to rebound well again. Baylor gets a lot of points sprinting down the court after a defensive rebound. Marie can score at will on Kalani Brown. Marie can also beat Brown down court from defense to offense. Kalani showed last night, she is super slow to react. The other BIG for Baylor is fantastic. Taya will have her hands full with her, but, Taya has shown she is up for the challenge. I'm a believer in this run. The girls believe and you should too! GO BEAVS!

Nice... biggest W of the SR era IMHO... 4 of the starting 5 go 10 of 44 from the field... good D... bad day... combo of... But, for all 4 to have that kind of day is more GREAT D than all four having an off day. You think this is a bigger win than beating Baylor in 2016 in Dallas to advance to the Final Four? Granted that OSU team was more talented than the group we have now, but in terms of what it meant for the program I'd give that 2016 win precedence over this one.

I wonder what those three Oregon girls are thinking now Mercedes Russell wanted to play for Tennessee since she was ten years old. She had the option to go pro and turned it down to return to Tennessee. She started over 100 games for one of the most historic programs in the country that drew almost 9,000 people for a 40 point win vs. ETSU in November and 13,058 people for a win over South Carolina in February. Nared wanted to live in another part of the country. Evina Westbrook said this: Here's what Scott Rueck said about losing them to Tennessee: My guess is the seniors are sad their college careers are over, and Westbrook is thinking about what she can do to get the Vols back to the Final Four next year.

I think he was quoting a post from the UT message board - one of their posters said that Baylor will definitely stomp us.

I KNEW those weren't YOUR sentiments.......at least, I was hoping they weren't...;-)
Baylor is going to be a "tough out," though. Long and athletic. Plus, if they play well they won't have their demonic witch/coach breathing brimstone in their faces. THAT is motivation!!
