its actually John Warren, he struggled at the start of last season but was fine after he got a little work

Fine is a relative term. Thankfully I will be able to go to Surprise so won't have to listen to it. Nice guy - no knowledge of baseball.

For a slow game it was moving much too fast for Jon. Part of it was just the admin part of it with the live box score. I think he was trying to keep his own book and was getting distracted. Just use the online book and get yourself ready for PbP. Perhaps a few posters could be Jon color man. And get his coffee...additions encouraged Have fun ba |

I kill Warren all the time when I listen to him, whether it's JBS or interim PBP, but I'll give him some credit -> He knows he's rough/out of his element and he is trying to get better. So at least he's somewhat self aware. I can appreciate that.

Jeez guys...ease up a little on Jon-boy. He's just a fairly humble temp filling in for MP while the latter finishes calling the basketball games we'll lose in the next few weeks.
Sure, Warren's not Mel Allen and his politics are somewhere to the right of Genghis Kahn. But, hey, get over it---we'll survive and we're likely to know the final score of these early season baseball games as soon as they're over. Can't be all bad.
